Which languages do you offer readings in?

I'm fluent in English, Spanish, and French, so let me know which language is most convenient for you to receive your reading in!

When can I expect to receive my reading?

If you've requested one of my distance readings you can expect to receive your reading three business days from requesting the reading and submitting payment to paypal.me/queerophant. Then you can read and review your reading at your leisure.

Can you do readings over the phone?

I do not offer phone readings at this time.

Can I get a refund?

I do not offer refunds for distance readings after having sent you your reading via email. 
I do offer a %50 refund should you change you mind between moment of payment and receipt of your reading.

What can I expect my reading to be like?

If we've set up an in person reading then you'll either come to me and we'll sit down with a hot drink and discuss your situation and proceed with the reading. Or I'll come to you in which the hot drink is omitted. You're free to record the reading with notes or audio.

If you've requested a distance reading then I connect to your energy remotely using your name as a tether, as opposed to if the reading was face to face where I connect to your energy directly.
Having done the reading I will send you a word document that includes your reading. This consists of your question/topic, date, interpretation, and a photo of the spread cards. 
That said should there be demand I may branch out and offer audio file readings and/or video readings.

Disclaimer: Under English and Welsh law, I am required to advise you that your reading is provided for entertainment purposes only. This disclaimer is also extended to your local laws and regulations. 
That being said I take the confidence and trust invested in me to provide an accurate reading very seriously and will strive at all times to provide high quality service.

I do not offer health or death readings, I also do not do readings that I deem overly invasive of third parties' privacy, and reserve the right to refuse a reading refunding the payment in full.  
Please remember to seek professional counselling/financial/medical help alongside the reading.
